Return & Refund Policy

Satisfied or refunded – returns within 10 days.

• Keep the product unused and in its original packaging.
• Shipping damage: email an unboxing video to support@ivirth.in within 12 hours of delivery.
• Wrong product: send an unboxing video within 24 hours.

We review the evidence before approving a replacement or refund. Refunds go to the original payment method in 5–7 working days.

Perishable and personalised items cannot be returned unless damaged or wrong.
